• What are your products made from?

  All our dummies are made from the highest quality materials.

  Dummy shields are made from 100% food-safe material, which is 100% BPA, PVC and phthalate free.

  Our latex teats are a natural product for your baby, being a product of nature's rubber tree.

• Which size is right for my baby?

  Our dummy shields are one size for all ages, whilst teats can be selected based on your baby's age.

  All teat sizes can be used from birth but, as a general guide, our fairies recommend the following:

  - Size 1 teat: 0-12 months
  - Size 2 teat: 12+ months

• Where are your products made?

  We design and manufacture our beautiful dummies in the United Kingdom, reducing harmful carbon miles.

• How do I clean my dummy?

  We lovingly make our dummies in a clean environment, however, it is vitally important that you sterilise your new dummy before first use.

  Simply pop it out of the packaging and place in boiling water for 5 minutes.

  Repeat regularly to keep your baby's dummy free from bacteria that can build up during use.

• How often should I replace my dummy?

  For both hygiene and safety reasons, we recommend replacing your baby's dummy every 5-6 weeks. But always inspect your baby's dummy before every use and replace it if there are any signs of damage or weakness.
