RETURNS

We take every possible step to ensure that your carefully chosen product arrives just as it should.  However, on the rare occasion that your product(s) have been delivered damaged or you are unsatisfied with the product you have received, please contact our Dummy Fairies at: thedummyfairies@cayo-baby.com. You retain the right to return an order within 14 days of receiving your products.

Products must be received back by the Dummy Fairies within the 14-day cancellation period and they must be in new or unused/unopened condition.

Free returns labels will be issued for products delivered to you within the UK.  Beyond the UK, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping and handling charges, if any, will only be refunded for damaged products. Damaged products should be notified to the Dummy Fairies within 24 hours of delivery at: thedummyfairies@cayo-baby.com. Please send a text description along with photos of the product and packaging to assist with an efficient resolution.

CAYO holds the rights to retain your refund until the order has arrived or documentation of the respective return has been provided. The refund will be returned to the payment option used in the original transaction. Kindly allow 7-14 business days to process your refund upon receipt at our warehouse.
